 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This hotel has so much potential great location walking distance to the landing. Would be amazing to have a little bed and breakfast opened. However there is no thermostat in the rooms every room is cooled and heated by the thermostat that's in the hallway. There is a heated mattress and small heater in the room. There is no staff on site available for anything be prepared for that. Also there's no ice machine or freezer to keep ice. Sounds like the balcony has been closed for awhile due to needing repairs. We were however able to overcome everything and had a great time. We were able to get in touch with someone over the phone that was really nice and helpful that really helped keep my rating of the hotel at a four star rating.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wonderful location for a younger generation, at the landing with more shops, bars, and distilleries than the strip. Has a quaint, unique vibe and bed and breakfast feel without the breakfast.. not so bad with Clockers and Hidden Pines breakfast places just a few blocks away.  We had an issue with the heat.. called managment at 2 am because of it and they answered and drove out right then and there!! AMAZING service.

Nice clean rooms and an awesome upstairs patio that features a wonderful view of Branson. The outside areas are so nice to sit and have coffee and just relax. Private parking in the back makes it really easy to come and go. Great place, we loved our stay and plan on coming back for sure!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m super picky and we found the Branson Hotel to be quite nice. Walking distance to downtown; we liked the numbered parking behind so we didn’t have to fight for a parking place; super easy check in…just put in the code and you’re in!; super quiet, no kids running the halls or people hollering all hours of the night; off the strip, so no fighting traffic to get in and out; room was clean. Yes, it is small but all we were doing was showering and sleeping, not hosting a party. Room was a little warm, but the ceiling fan helped a lot.
Yes, the old antique doors aren’t tight, but I never felt unsafe. I thoroughly enjoyed having the Keurig coffee for our enjoyment in the morning! We were in the Horseshoe room. *The only thing I would change would be to remove the footboard of the bed. It would open the space up more and that post almost got me when getting up during the night. 😏
We would definitely stay there again.
